Someone sure is keeping up with the thread. xD

 

But yeah, my sleep patterns are messed up too, I end up waking up at like 2:00 in the afternoon because I have nothing better to do and staying up until like 1 or 2 in the morning. xD More stuff happens at night then in the mornings so yeah.

 

I always hate it when I end up waking up that late but I realize I have not missed much. xD

 

And it seems they are spamming the thread with pictures. xD

I'm still thinking about going to bed, I'm still tired and I'm bored, I need a good rest so I can feel good again tomorrow. xD

 

It's been a long day for me, as I have said before. And I dunno what much to say in here. xD

 

Tomorrow is a new day, and I have things to do, like look for a school or something like that.

 

And yes it seems that this has died down, it tends to do that at this time of night. Which is probably another reason why I should go to bed. xD

This seems a better time to chat because it's not utter chaos and I actually have things to say. xD Plus I would like to get to know others here, this seems like a friendly community and I sure already feel accepted here, or in this thread at least. xD

I vectored my avatar myself, well the part that is me as a pony. xD the background I got on DA because I have not had enough patience to vector a background yet, I will do it one day because I know I have the capabilities to vector backgrounds. xD They aren't really that hard, it's pretty simple to do so but it's just veeeeery time comsuming. Vectoring the ponies isn't so time consuming as vectoring backgrounds, mainly because backgrounds have so much more detail.

 

I'll vector a background one day.. When I have the time and patience to do so. xD All I know that is if I vector a background it will be probably a multi-day task, but one thing though about me is after I start a task it's hard to stop it, so I would probably working nonstop on the vector until it's done.. Maybe. xD Because I like to see my finished product.

When I first got into vectoring with Photoshop I knew nothing about it, as I was very used to Paint Shop Pro, and vectoring on there was much different, plus they were actual vectors, what I do on Photoshop now are basically vexels, because well I use the pen tool and make sure that the image is very high resolution, but it doesn't make it like infinitely scalable. But seriously.. Who needs the ponies to go to such a high resolution that even the biggest screens in the world do not have. My vectors these days average a max resolution of 7000 pixels, and the biggest screens don't get even close to that big, and if I were to print out one of my vectors in the PPI of my laptop screen, it would be a HUUGE printout.

 

But I kind of veered off, well I started to use photoshop and did not know how to vector at all with it, I mean I knew the basic pen tool but it was so much different then in Paint Shop Pro, but I fiddled around and found all the hotkeys and tricks around it, I got the hang of it really quicky, and heck.. to this day I still find out new ways for my vectors. My first pony vectors were smaller resolution, then I got to bigger resolution, and I might even get to bigger, but right now I'm maxing at 7000, or around there. And I am still learning tips and tricks, like before I didn't know the stroke path option and now I use that for the more straight line parts of equal thickness, back then I didn't. And before I used to not use the ellipse tool for the eyes, which made the circles and stuff kind of raggety, but I fixed that and did more.

 

I guess I am just rambling now but that's mainly my history. xD I've been vectoring for a long time and I just keep getting better, not to mention I am a perfectionist and do not like when some of my vector lines aren't smooth or show some bumps. xD

Well you must of not read my posts then. xD I like vectoring, and have a history on that, and that's that.

 

But anyway... I wonder if I should vector another image of myself... If I do it definitely will not be tonight. xD

 

But I still wish I could draw, I have the vector skills, but now I need the art skills... I know I can look at a screenshot and freehand.. but the problem with that is when I do that the image still comes out looking weird. xD
