When was the last active 'wave' ?

 

A while ago, probably a couple months. Because how odd people are when season 5 starts this place will probably get a rush. So yuppo.

It's not that cold here for some reason, I mean we always get waves of warm air. Not long ago it was in the negatives. Cooooold.

Was there a time when this board was more active?

about a good year or so ago during the summer, I would rack up at least 30 or so notifs from just this place in a span of maybe 10 or so minutes. I came home one day to about 387 notifs (highest number) and I was gone for maybe about 8 hours?

 

This place used to be so upbeat that you could literally refresh and have new posts every goddamn minute or less. It was fucking glorious.

But it would get that way again, I'm sure, it's just a busy time of year for people. The summer might be more lively.

Depression's the worst feeling ever. Trust me, I've been there, and I can't say I'm 100% out of it myself...

 

Unless it's chemical, perhaps engaging in things that are uplifting. The two best things to come out of me taking psychology is "Keep an open mind" and the idea that you can combat depression by constantly engaging in things that are uplifting. Your brain would be so torn between being depressed and being happy that it forces itself to happy. You can't do something that's enjoyful while being sad.

 

Overcoming the voice inside your head that constantly puts you down, though, I can't say how to overcome that. Even I can't get over that without external guidance, but even then, that same voice tells me that others'd judge me for being a depressed 21-year-old who should be in college and working on whatever. Disunderstanding is one of my biggest hurdles, and it's not always depression-induced; sometimes you have an idea to explain to others but you're the only one who can understand it and whatever you try to explain is just brushed off or even more confusing than before.

no, actually, in the beginning, it was fine, but then I got to the hard clumps of candy corn stuck together and their combined strength of taste was so strong I couldn't finish it... XD

Well.. I'm waking up now, got work today, and it's going to be long, and I hope it won't be meh. It looks cloudy outside.

Life lesson I learned last night: Never eat a spoonful of salt and expect to survive.

 

Shit tasted bad and hurt like a bitch. To make it worse, I lost all the glorious food I ate hours before as well. That was the worst part. ;~;

 

 

Oh well. Now that its all over, its time to fill myself back up again.
