Discord has come over to the side of friendship, not harmony. I too am a supporter of the magic of friendship.

Harmony is all about control and deception. Harmony is the tool of the tyrant. It serves tyrants to keep ponies in harmony, to keep them weak and ineffectual. When ponies are in harmony, they stop arguing and fighting. Constant fighting makes you strong, but peace makes you weak and vulnerable. Tyrants want their subjects to be in harmony, so they'll be weak and be unable to challenge their rule.

not true. Harmony is about bringing balance to all who are around you, not through deception and control, but through the kindness that you have for others. And it does not make them weak. Qhy, just look at the bearers of the elements of harmony and what they've accomplished, all for the benefit of their fellow pony.
