Fallout Shelter isn't P2W though. You make progress, but you can lose it just as quickly as you make it.

Upside to that though is that you aren't forced to play it all day. You can play it however long you want and put it down whenever you want without restrictions or penalties.

Well, there is a tiny penalty for leaving the game (Taking a portion of your resources), but it is easy to regain what you lose.

The penalty is only there to make up for the amount of time you spent waiting out of game for resources to replenish. You actually lose less resources by waiting for extended periods of time as opposed to constantly playing but forgetting to harvest resources or playing with a vault that consumes resources faster than you gain them.
