Got a dual core processor. Amd sell it as a single core but disable one of the cores. I enable it in boot options. Double processing power. Win.

Companies that make the processors. It's cheaper for them to just make one type of processor, disable a few cores, then sell it off as say a dual core when it may be a quad core. Rather than making all the different single core ones etc.

It's UK college and I'm doing a levels. As for subjects. Physics, chemistry, maths and computer science. Which so far. Everyone I've told has found surprising.
