I nearly blew out my knee while playing football, incidentally. Strange because I play defense but it can unfortunately happen to anyone. I'm fortunate that never happened

 

Depending on the type of rehab you get, it can take anywhere from 8 months to almost two years. Lots of careers have ended because of ACL tears.

I was fine - though I was shaken up a bit because the collision was rather unpleasant even by my standards (I usually try to hit the other guy as hard as I can just to shake his confidence). i try to avoid making dirty hits, though.

 

Eh, I can't play that. I'm too softy for that . Besides, when I play in football (assume I speak of soccer when I say football, just in case ), I'm normally either the goalie or a defender (odd, because I tend to go stronger than I intend, and somebody almsot always ends up hurt ). Which is why I prefer tennis. My favorite sport to watch and play.

Trust me, I understand. But you wouldn't know what's in here when Boca, River or Independiente (the three most important and famous teamsteams of Argentina, I'm a fan of the third ). Fans here of River recently broke the record for the largest flag ever made, which has more than 7 kilometres long. And when Boca and River (the "supercalssic" of Argentina, ahead from Independiente Racing, second important match) play...well...it's to death .
