at least he didn't just go all THE NIGHT WILL LAST FOREVER MUAHAHA and never did a damn thing against the mane six other than futile attempts at slowing them down. he actually made the ponies turn against each other and made the whole world insane. his problem was that he fell tripping on his own ego, and didn't realize how powerful the elements of harmony actually were against him.

 

anti-climactic as fuck, yes, but there's only so much you can do within 48 minutes of airing time with a plot like this.

She got pissed at how people took "love and tolerance" too far, for one thing. Plenty of other reasons too.

 

This leads me to believe she dislikes almost everyone here except Scootabloom, Weaver, and, I guess that's it.

 

Well, she hates bronies that are like what I mentioned above. If you preached about love and tolerance you were automatically off her list of people she wouldn't maim

That's perfectly okay, and how love and tolerance should be interpreted (e.g., not being a dick and accepting people for who they are) -- Not being that kind of person that showers people with love and rainbows and tells everyone and other bronies they shouldn't even voice their opinions because it might hurt other people's feelings... those kind of people.

I do believe that the rapid expansion of the fandom contributed to such ways of thinking... The extreme bronies (like I described above) are actually decreasing in number. Even ponychan, which was the worst perpetrator of such acts, has cooled down and bit and has realized that love and tolerance shouldn't be taken so seriously. It was a meme started by /b/ronies after all, the denizens of the least serious place on the internet.
