After reading all of that OC and RP stuff i now want a more magical OC like Star's, but who uses ice/water instead.

You will need a good justification on how he got ice as his cutie mark, and how his magic works. You can't simply put "Ice Magic" on his CV. And there is also family and other background stuff G16t5.png

So you're like a living cluster bomb of sorts?

 

You explode in one big explosion and then your pieces explode into even more pieces and then again and again and again until they turn to some sort of goo/liquid and evaporate where eventually you rain back down on us only to repeat the process again minus the explosions?
