And that's the biggest obstacle I have; It's a safety feature I built into myself. I don't opinion about almost anything, unless I'm told to or if it's so trivial and mundane that no one would ever care. Also, it's also why I don't give out any help to others, unless it's something absolutely factual.

Like that "your reaction to irl bronies". People rarely ever pay any attention to others' opinion. You can use them threads to make yourself known

I simply don't; I will piledrive people for not seeing what I'm seeing, even if I'm the one requesting opinions. I once was recommended to not use overused punctuations, but if I did that, it'd effectively destroy whatever it was I was writing. Read through this:

 

“I knew I’d find you here.”

 

“What do you mean?”

 

“You know what I’m talking about!!! You completely ditched me at Sugarcube Corner when I offered you a simple birthday gift!!! And now you’re acting clueless at me again?!!”

 

“Gem, it’s getting late. Can you not talk about this anymore?”

 

“I’m not through with you yet!!! I know there’s something suspicious about you lately, and frankly, I don’t know what it is, but don’t think I won’t be able to find out about it.”

 

“What are you-- This is about the sailing trip, ain’t it? I already said to you, I wasn’t into sailing. I figured you were gonna use a gift into coercing me into joining you. Can’t you just reschedule the trip?”

 

“Do you know how much of a logistic nightmare that would be?!! I told you a million times, this was the best time for sailing, and it ain’t gonna be this way until during the summer!!!”

 

“Wha-- Why are you always forcing me into these things, anyway?!! Last winter was the hiking trip into the mountains, and before that was the expedition into the Everfree Forest. Why are you forcing me into these things, anyway?!!”

Ganaram was far too drowsy to react, and before he knew it, he was retracted back and was thrown in midair:

 

“AAAHHH!!!”

 

... And was on the dirt trail that led to Twilight’s library.

 

“Did you really have to throw me...?”

 

Jade retorted:

 

“At least it worked!!!”

 

Ganaram got up and shook the dirt off of himself. Surprisingly, Jade’s plan of inducing physical shock was enough to make him more alert. He got up to reconcile his idle actions:

 

“Sorry about that guys, but I really didn’t get enough sleep... Actually, I didn’t get any sleep at all...”

Yes, as I stated a few times before, I don't conventional methods. I prefer spacing out dialogue like this, and I prefer punctuation like this. It gives a greater effect that just single punctuation mark will ever give. If you don't like it, I'll piledrive you.

Well, I do hope he's just playing around. I don't like the feeling of being hated. That's why I try to be easygoing and agreeable. I also try to avoid conflict. It just makes life easier.

He is def. he doesn't hate you. But I do agree with you and try my best to avoid conflicts... going with the flow helps out alot your right on that.

Got to start somewhere and sometime though but I guess the best way to get the hang of it is just to read other roleplays I suppose.
