A is a Cloverleaf Interchange. It's a two-level interchange that can't interchange a lot of traffic. It takes craptons of space, had dangerous weaving points, and left-turners have to slow down to make a 270-degree curve.

 

B is a four-level stack. It moves the most traffic out of all three interchanges. Left-turning traffic can simply speed through without almost any sort of hindrance to speed. However, it may be visually jarring to those living nearby, unless you make it like the Dallas High-Five. Plus, it may deter acrophobic drivers.

 

C is a Roundabout interchange. It's used as a compact alternative to the Cloverleaf, but like the Cloverleaf, it can't interchange a lot of traffic.
