You get more fiber from eating skins, anyway... But for the longest time, I found the skin to be the most obnoxious thing on the apple...

I don't really care about fiber or whatever the hell is in it.

I just like to pretend I'm a vampire on the first bite, sinking in my teeth through the skin and sucking out some juice as if it were some blood.
