It's not going to help at this point, I stayed up too late last night. The only way to fix it is to go to sleep at my normal time. If I ended up taking a nap right now, it would just be 2-3 hours until I went to sleep again.

 

Schedule fucked, no hope of recovery. I'll try to fix it with tonight's schedule quick fix.
