Of course you can still change your form to a human one, but you could never be a fully human again. You know, being the new forms is always at risk of some mutation

Wow my Xbox is being a complete B:Dch right now.

I can connect to Xbox live and play online, but when I try to connect to my Friends It won't let me, I can't send messages, and If I try to invite someone to a party or something It Freezes.

Now I'm letting it reset by unplugging it and counting to 30 MOTHER F:DKING MISSISSIPPI.
