I've got an old laptop which gives off tremendous heat, not exactly the greatest for late night reading. I get more done when I'm focused on my desktop anyways.

Actually I do own a phone, but I'm letting someone else borrow it. There's no point in owning a phone if you have no use for it.

Maybe that stole some of my motivation for wanting to finish it. The end doesn't justify the journey, when you already know how it ends. I still plan to finish it, because it's written so well.

Even if the guy spoiled that much to you, I'm sure that there are some bits left unspoiled. The journey is far too long and complex to be summarized in a comment. You can still enjoy it, and be utterly broken later at the last journal entry :z
