So I got dehydrated today and I didn't even realize it...

 

Scariest part was, I've been drinking water all day and my stomach was still feeling nauseous

Yuo're gonna be peeing all wrong for the next several hours; I hope you rehydrate right.

 

I have a thing where I consume a good amount of water, so the last time I was dehydrated was... early teenhod? And I live in Dryland, California, where there's supposed to be no water at all.

Well I really don't know how else to explain it

 

 

I've been feeling sick to my stomach all day

 

drinking water all day (which seemingly made it feel worse) and by the time I got back to the shop, my boss tells me I look dehydrated

 

It must've been excessively hot outside today or something

 

Maybe when I vomited yesterday I don't know, but my stomach has been in knots all day today

 

Tomorrow, I'll try Gatorade.
