Well, here's how it goes: if you have a bunch of really dense things moving in such a way (EG two neutron stars orbiting each other), their mass can stretch spacetime. Anything in its wake will get stretched and squashed in a periodic fashion.

 

 

Oh, on the topic of waves, all sound is made up of sine waves, each wave being its own amplitude, frequency, and phase, adding up in a such a way as to produce a distinct sound.

Okay, that makes sense. I thought it was that rubber sheet like force, but it does a pretty good job of explaining it.

You do need to. The wasteland is in dire straits, it needs a good strong leader now more then ever. Raiders and hostile creatures attack the innocent that aren't already dead from starvation, thirst, or radiation. Stepping up to take control would be the kindest thing you could do, not to mention the most profitable choice as well...

@, story time: when I was a kid, I would always play Rock-Paper-Scissors with a fourth option called "Black Hole" and whenever my opponent and I both got black hole, we'd end up combining the two into a bigger black hole. Turns out we forgot the gravitational waves that would come with it.

Also, according to Imgur, everything wrong with the Earth is a third-world problem and now we have ninth-world problems again.
