I don't exactly how he is meant to be used or how pros use him, but I guess.

Mario was pretty good in Melee, but I still preferred Luigi. I hate how they took out Mario's spin for that stupid water squirter. That move helps set up quite a lot with Luigi, Im sure Mario's would more help than that damn squirter.
