You awake one morning to the sound of a thump on your door. when you open your door you see a Pegasus fly off and a letter on the doormat. You open it to read this: 

 

Dear Recipient,

Congratulations! You have been invited to an exclusive 2 week stay at my massive Tropical Island! There you will have fun in the sun as well as 5 star meals. There will be a lot of things to do and who knows, you might even meet that special somepony!

 

(depending on what race of pony you are) You board a ship/fly/teleport to the island to see a Pegasus smoking a pipe with a grin on his face.

 

This is a Romance role-play set on a tropical island. It is much like other role-plays that is romance centered but with a musical twist. You must sing when the time feels right. By sing I mean Post a song from youtube. 

 

Rules:

-No godmodding

-no Mary sues

-Keep it forum friendly

 

Guide for posting songs-Only post when you feel it is the time for you to sing an epic ballad or a fast in your face song. They must be actual songs and not random noises or clips from a Movie/T.V. show

I don't think I have ever done a romance specific RP before. Usually I consider musicals a blight on humanity and they should be destroyed with vigor am not a fan of musicals, but this one looks interesting. Now if only I knew how to post youtube videos...

To post a youtube video just copy and paste the link after your reply. Its not a musical in the conventional sense but more of a using songs to 'strengthen the mood' sort of way.

 Actually we dont. Umbreon is doing a Rule 64 version of his character...meaning Percussive is going to be a she for this RP.

Yea but we're still searching...so if there is room for another colt than we could accept him. If there was no room, than having not enough mares is not the problem...the problem is that we don't have enough room

Yeah, I keep on forgetting to edit Scamps' age range, her age can be bumped, it is all cool. So yeah. I wanted to be Scamps anyways, since I recently figured that breaking into song is not in Slide' s nature.

I just noticed something. Beat Drop isn't R63. Perdussive Force is, Umbreon's OC, not mine.

And Do you think six characters will be enough ? I think it will go by pretty quickly with only three of each gender...

*fixes mistake* What? i have everything on there correctly marked hehe. It might go  by quickly but given that your all on the island for two weeks i would say any more might either make things confusing or it might start to bore people. Plus you have to factor in peoples average posts per day, time zones, and establishing romantic connections. given those parameters i would deduce that the role-play might take some time.
