No villagers, if you actully read the backstory it says the queen drains them which indeed is spoken in the show that ponies die without love. So no villagers if we are going by that cannon fact. (i dont know if they mean literally die or just die in soul)

Also for Sunset, Canterlot was a stop on the way to the Crystal Empire. She had heard about the huge library and wanted to see it.

Snow Song was going to Canterlot to see the royal gardens and the ice sculpture contest. Windfall (if you read the backstory) was visiting Snow's parents for two weeks, so Snow didn't have much to do.

Here a problem Flare hates changelings so he might go after the changeling and try to kill it for a changeling killing a friend of his...so yeah then probably get surrounded.

Sorry guys I think I probably ought to inform you all that Topaz is gone and won't be coming back. That's what she told me. Thought you all should probably know. I'm her bf so she tells me alot of stuff. I figured you all should be informed of this so you wouldn't end up being kept waiting.

Yeah sorry to be the bearer of bad news. And well the RP hasn't actually started yet has it? So I guess we could just pretend she wasn't ever here. And well the only other OC I have is a mare but the problem is she's an Alicorn. And I haven't uploaded her here yet. But anyway I'll need to make a new OC if I'm to join. Guess I'll get to work.

It has, but we an just say her OC was captured and eaten by the changelings...You could maybe upload your alicorn and we can say its a unicorn or something, or you could just make another one.
