Looks like dragon blood if not a full dragon~~potential for full dragon breath. Military hat indicates possible training.

 

But them I'm a unicorn. and my attack spell is ranged. So I'll fire and teleport, fire and teleport.

Under normal circumstances my tactics would give me a 70% chance of survival, but the military part is the real X factor. Specific training aimed at unicorns could drop my survival rate to 50%. (or even less. I could be pretty screwed here.)
