It depends on her mobility. If baby Dashie is fast, she will not give PAC-MAN the time to set up his hydrant walls or to charge fruit. If she is slow, that gives him plenty of time to do the usual. As long as PAC-MAN can get her offstage, he will be able to outcamp her. I would say that the matchup is doable.

He's kind of a mix of Captain Falcon and Greninja. He's powerful and pretty fast, and you can't see him. He would slightly win the matchup, but he can only win the actual match if he knows the PAC-MAN matchup, which is extremely obscure.
