Lol, it depends if it were a battle TARDIS. The Doctor's isn't. I guess it could kill you if it landed on you and didn't phase you inside, or if it was its real weight and punched a whole through the planet, or blew up like it did in that one 2-parter and destroyed the universe before the Doctor fixed it.

 

Also, still not convinced that the tail-chasing kitty will come kill me anytime soon.
