with an unexpected growing success on deviantART, I want to show you all my latest Rarity's painting. I made the sketch of this one back in february for valentine's day but at the time I lacked some skills and I was lazy as hell. haha.

 

I would say the hardest part was Rarity's mane, her many is difficult no matter what style you pick lol

This is a really awesome looking piece dude!   I love how you've sort of captured the texture of the scarf and the detail of Rarity's eyes.

Oh my oh my Motion Spark... When I saw this on your Deviantart page I nearly died. This is just a wonderful masterpiece <3 I swear if Rarity saw this she would give up everything she owns to marry you. That is just insane Motion you are a incredibly talented person.

Only thing I don't like is her mane looks a little too sleek and shiny to me.

Although I do agree with you, the mane is a little too shiny. It still looks nice OP!

IMO, her eyes aren't that detailed, I need to learn how to do better eyes. The texture of the scarf was an image I found in google and applied as a new "overlay" layer with opacity reduced. however the shading and the highlights of the cloth are made by me.

for tastes, the colors. It's a matter of tastes, I love the way her mane looks, a bit sketchy yes, because I'm artist with 0 formation that still struggles with colors and art programs settings, I have to say my favorite part is the mane

WHAT? my blood is nothing special, except from that fact that it is a very rare type, so if I have an accident it's more likely that I would die due to blood loss.
