Plot: A strange pony appears in the center of Ponyville. He steps out of a strange blue box. Something that he claims to be a tele-phone box. He says, "My good ponies this place is remarkable." He seemed so energetic, and bouncing around from one shop to another, seeming to be surprised to be in Equestria altogether.

 

Well, requirements are as follows:

God modding shall result in instant removal of the threat (Sorry if too harsh, this has to be fun for all.)

Always listen to the Doctor

Time travelers must have a life that lacks adventure, but a heart of gold.

Fezzes are always cool.

Accepted, and your characters haven't time traveled previously, like their ordinary lives are boring, so they hop in the TARDIS.

Also, do you mind if Tempest is able to use his aura? If the doctor meets some old enimies, then I want Tempest to be able to stand some chance at them.
