And you know what ? It's the best thing there ever happened. I found out that two of my classmates are bronies too. You eventually come to be proud of being a member of this amazing fandom, no matter what others say about you. I mean, I had one of my closest friends called me gay when I finally admitted to being a brony on facebook last week. He has been trying to convince me that I should be ashamed, but I'm just sticking to my pride and not giving in. I'm going to continue to love and tolerate until he either stops trying to convince me or gives the show a chance himself. Basically what I'm saying is, you shouldn't be ashamed for liking this amazing show. Just think about how much those haters are missing out and you'll feel better about loving it yourself. I've only been into MLP for a week, but I am already pretty comfortable letting people know, just a few friends that dont know yet. Some of them make fun of me for it, but I know its just in good fun (I just tell them to laugh it up and move on, and they do). For me, the real hard part of talking about it with people was finding people who wanted to listen. I am somewhat finding that here, but I am still pretty new, so I havent said that much. And I have that in my girlfriend, who is happy I admit I am so into it. Basicly its embaressing at first, but its been fading, so I know it wont be forever. Finally committed my first name change.
