Humanized Twilight Sparkle

Hey there!
This is a drawing I recently made representing a human Twilight in a school uniform.
But there are several flaws on this drawing and I know that.
That's why I'm asking you guys (and girls) to tell me the problems and solutions (if you can/want to).
I know I messed up on the hands and feet. I actually didn't even draw them, because I think those are the hardest part of the human body. I also know that the eyes and breasts are strangy drawn.

Let me try this :

I'm not entirely sure which style you're trying to draw it but I'm getting a a slash between regular cartoon style and anime/manga? Either way, since twilight is a female she'll need some curves. The shape of her upper body is way too much like that of a square, it would start out a bit broader, get narrow around the waste and then expand again for her hips. Secondly : the wrinkles, clothes have a lot of them. Of course, since it's not realistic art so you don't have to draw them all but still a few are needed. The cloth will hit the hip as it gets broader so there will definitely be a wrinkle there.

Then we get to the breasts, that's not the way they would show in a shirt. I suggest just giving it a wrinkle right under the chest to indicate them. If she wears a really tight skirt and it's not front side, you might see a little bit more of the round shape.

Next up, the head isn't correctly linked to the body and the neck is too small. Even when standing like that, there should be a slight curve going downwards which connects the end of the neck and the shoulders.

The legs are quite odd too. If you would connect them to the body like that, the gap between her thighs would be too wide. I don't know how you draw, but definitely draw the body without the clothes first.

Lastly the head : the eyes are indeed a bit strange, it's a bit like she's cross-eyed. It's a good thing you know eyes/ears are on the same level though! Good job! The hair is okay but could use a bit more detail to make it look nicer.

I know this might seem as a lot of negative points but don't give up! Just keep on trying and progress will start to show.

I only have a bit of criticism. The body is a little.. you know, flat, the hair should be a bit more natural. A bit more flow in the hair, perhaps? A bit of color..?

Caramael did a good job pointing out several points, so I'll skip those.

The main problem atm is that the picture looks rather flat, I suggest working from a "skeleton" of shapes, takes a while to learn, but well worth it.

There are literally hundreds of guides a round the web, this is one of the better ones:

Don't give up :)

*I usually draw anime/manga style. But this time I tried mixing my style with another one (not sure witch one). The result was... well you get it.

@@Caramel-and-Cupcakes, -the head isn't correctly linked to the body

*I'm sorry but I don't really understand what you mean by that. Could you explain please?

@@Caramel-and-Cupcakes, -Those sound like a lot off negative points

*True, but those negative points are exactly what I wanted to hear (I even asked for them). If nobody would have mentioned those I would probably still make the same mistakes. So, Thank you!

It's hard to explain so I made a quick sketch. The upper version is how you drew it, the lower version is how it should be done. There might still be some errors because the pose you drew is actually quite trickly. I suggest drawing people with their arms resting against the body first. That's more natural and also easier.

Another important point, though you don't see her collarbones thanks to the shirt keep them in mind when sketching. They're connect to the shoulder after all. Make sure that fits.
