Draco chuckled "No I am not into stallions," Draco said. "I'm more into mares like Amour here," he said with a chuckle "I'd rather ignite her passions anyway," Draco said with a smile in his eyes there was a mischievous glint to it as he looked at Amour. He knew only one dance but it was a dance he knew well.

Vesper wouldn't be defeated that easily. He was gonna be Amour's assistant, and he was determined to do a new job. "No! No! Stallion good! Very good! You date Frost! Best special someponies!" he said desperately, not understanding the concept of sexuality.

Violet simply shook her head at Draco's response and slithered over to where Eve sat.
She sat down across from the mare and rested her head on the table. "Having friends is haaaard." She wined...more as a joke in an attempt to lighten up the mood slightly.
She looked up at Eve and sighed. "Your garden is really pretty, Eve. And...thank's for inviting me here." She said.

Eve nodded understandingly, but did not respond. She seemed sidetracked by the pony on the stage.

Frost grinned as he prepared for the final moments of the song, singing the last few verses with feeling. "I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies~ This is the dawning of the rest of our liiiiiiives: this is our lives on holidaaaaaaaay!" With a few more strums, he finished the song as he spotted Eve with the others listening in on his performance. Bowing, he stepped off the stage, dragging his case with him and sitting down with the others. Well. That was fun.

The pegasus was far from done, but it didn't hurt to take a small breather. Giving Amour a strange look for her outburst, he turned his gaze to Eve and scratched his mane with a hoof. "Sorry it's nothing like my sister's silly Nightcore shenanigans, but it sure feels good to play for you guys." His eyes motioned to Draco as he sighed. "Some ponies just don't know what true music is, do they?"

Eve smiled faintly. "Well, it's not Nightcore, but..." she giggled. "You sounded pretty great."

Violet looked up at Slide and shook her head. "Its okay...uh...still don't know your name...I was just trying to properly introduce myself because...well, we were never introdu-" She was cut off as he walked off away from the table.
She facehoofed...this was just getting so stupid. "You come and apologize...then give me no time to say anything...wow." She mumbled, looking back over at Eve. "So...how's your night been, Eve?" She asked, sounding a little moody.

 "Oh, it's been.... eventful," Eve said, honestly.

Amour recoiled quickly her ears flattening, she huffed and blew her bangs out of her eyes. "Alright, back it up, Draco. Don't make me turn your hair into cake icing." She threatened, curling her lip. It was a bit of a lame threat, but the only spells she knew where cake related. She was doing her best to not go off and yell at the stallion, but he was trying on her nerves. She grinned when Vesper suggested that the pegasus should get together with Frost. "Maybe you should at least try it out with Frost, hm? I don't mean date him but try to be friends at least." She suggested.

He continued to walk the inner walls of this unusual place, just staring at the flora that surrounded this place... until he had saw a nice patch of grass. What a beautiful patch of grass. He walked over there, and pulled out a few blades to chew a bit on them before swallowing. Then, he sat down and continued to chow down on the patch.

Draco rolled his eyes. "Not really. And really cake icing Amour. Sheesh A buck to the balls would have stopped me but I was just joking anyhow. Hey Amour do you know how to tango?" Draco asked genuinely curious if she knew how to dance. He shrugged "If not I can teach you,"

Slide wheezed as Vesper hugged him, but kept smiling. "I'm Slide," he wheezed. "I was the colt who almost got eaten alive in the maze." He smiled wider as he was released, and then dipped his head to Amour. "Hello again, Amour."

 

He watched as Draco flirted with Amour. As in overly flirted. He nudged him in the ribs, and said, "Stop it Draco. Obviously, Amour isn't interested in you. Not ever mare on the planet loves you, 'Kay?"

 

He then listened to how Amour match-made. Oh gosh, Amour. I'm kinda afraid here.

He then burst into laughter as he chose Frost for Draco. "I dunno Draco, maybe you should give Frost a try." He raised his eyebrows, and winked.

What I was saying back at the lake was that you can become a better pony than you are now. And you ripped up the application to work at the Coco Bucko didn't you. You know I said that they are here in Ponyville. You see they move the entire building using teleportation talismans that I supply them from a zebra tribe. Amour felt anger swelling up in her chest but quickly mashed it down, choosing to change the subject entirely. She completely ignored Draco's question about knowing how to tango, which she did know how to, because of the number of weddings she attended. She trotted over to stand by Slide but stayed by Vesper, assuming the most comfortable place to be was to be beside the pony who backed her up."So!" She said loudly, "What does everypony do for a living?" She blurted out, hoping that subject wouldn't lead to anything else."And I don't hate you Slide." She said cheerfully.

Amour internally flipped through all the 'files' of every single mare she could think of. "How about Remmy? You seemed kind of close with her." She suggested. "And also, depending on your age, I could set you up with my little sister, although she can be kind of shy and pessimistic. Also my Aunt, Goose Feather is single, but she's kind of old. Spry but old."

 

She smiled pleasantly at Draco, "Well with all that traveling that you do, you've probably met many single mares, right?"

He then looked around at Amour and Vesper. "That's what I do for a...well, I won't call it a living, it's a, um, a...it's my job. I'm a professional trombonist."

 

He then looked at Amour. "And Remmy? Nah. She kinda hates me right now. Besides, she likes Draco better, as far as friends go."

 

And you know, I kinda sorta maybe like you, Amour. You're possibly the only pony who's actually given me a chance. Even after seeing me as an enraged jerk.

Frost looked up at Aroma Remedy, giving a small bow. "Arctic Frost, lead singer and gutiarist of Colt-182, at your service." He loved meeting new ponies when he got the chance. He chanced an eyebrow at Vesper's suggestion that he and Draco get together. As far as he knew, he never swung that way, and he wasn't about to. On top of that, he refused to get to know this stallion, due to their...introduction, if that was what you called it. The pegasus scratched his mane, grinning at Violet. "Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. Maybe I'll go back up there later tonight, providing I have time and if Eve will have me."

He rolled his eyes. "Because Draco, I wasn't kidding when I said I was done with it. I'm kinda of tired of being called arrogant, stupid and selfish and further being reminded that everypony hates me. I'm done arguing with you, so just back off, okay?"

I play Cello and Piano which I've played since I was eight...ish...mostly because I had nothing else to do apart from read and watch movies...and swim." She shrugged and smiled at Remmy before looking around in search for the snack table. "I'm kinda hungry." She muttered.

The musician gave Slide a cold glare, standing up and pointing a hoof at him. "Alright you, look. I'm not into stallions, and even if I was, there's not a chance in HELL it would be with this dirty scrub." Yes, he went there. His gaze shifted to Draco, eyes narrowed in a way that said 'Go ahead, start something. See what happens.'

 

"I know PLENTY of mares that would attest to me being strictly mares-only. They may not have anything good to say about me, but that's besides the point." His blood was boiling. No way anypony was going to label him a coltcuddler and get away with it. There were certain lines you didn't want to cross with Frost. This happened to be one of those times.

Amour winced and her ears flattened. "Okay everypony STOP!" She yelled, stamping her feet. "Draco, stop being so mean to Slide! And stop hitting him! Slide go get a drink of wine or hug Vesper and stop being so hard on yourself! Frost, leave Slide alone because I was the one who started this! I jokingly suggested that you and Draco get together as a joke, and I apologize. So would everypony please, calm down and stop being so freaking mean!" She ended her mini lecture in a shriek, and stormed off to sit by herself under a tree. "And good job Vesper!" She called over her shoulder as she settled down underneath the tree.

Eve trotted over to Fire. "There's food and wine over there," she said, smiling, pointing over at a table filled with a variety of fine, home-made wines and freshly grown fruits.

 

"I should probably go mingle," she said, to Vi. But then...

 

She descended upon Vesper, Draco, Slide, and Frost, right after they started fighting. Luckily they were in... a garden. The hedge statue portion, where the stage was, incidentally.

 

Hedge statues hopped off their pedestals at Eve's direction, to forcibly restrain all four ponies. Eve noticed to her own amusement that the topiaries reshaped themselves to resemble the ponies they were restraining.

 

"What the buck is going on here?" Eve asked in a deadly quiet voice.

Vesper gave one more snarl to Draco before turning to leave. Unfortunately, he was snatched up by a hedge statue. "Let go Vesper, mean thing! Let go! Let go or Vesper hurt!" he yelled, flailing around, striking the statue. "Let go meanie! Why do!?" he yelled at Draco, thinking this was his doing.
