I actually like your designs for banners, hopefully someday we might see one of your creations up on the site. Also don't give up!

Two of mine have been used so far....though the last one was back in May. Obviously something is wrong if none of my latest submissions have meant anything. I just don't have much motivation due to the extreme lack of communication. If I submit one, I have absolutely no idea if it will be used or if it is even good enough and if it is not used that particular week, it may never be used. It destroys my will after a while. Combine that with my self confidence, which is basically nothing, and you can see where that is going.

 

I have a few others made but I highly doubt that they will ever be used, because they apparently get tons of waaaay better ones in every time.

I have updated the original post and added two banners to it, one being my Soarin banner (Which was picked for the forums, surprisingly) and a completely random Demon Sunset Shimmer banner that I completed earlier. I will be adding more over time.

A couple of new banners have been dropkicked to this thread. The Sapphire Shores one still needs a bit of work I think, but that was a random one anyways.

I have updated the original post with two new banners. Nothing really special but I suppose they work for what they are. I may add a couple more soon. Not sure yet.

They look great if you ask me but some could use a different font and more Ponies added onto them. For instance add Octavia to the Vinyl Picture as it will be more Related to the two and more people would enjoy it or use more Exciting font rather than the blunt font that is being used at the moment,

Usually when I pick a theme I stick to it strictly. Vinyl as an example, I wanted one with her and just her, so she would be the center of it. That particular banner was my second one though and made in 20 minutes. Surprisingly it was used here before and it sucks.

 

With the font, I used the same font for a lot because it is appealing and it matches the theme of the show of course. I don't like using overly outrageous fonts just because, I like to keep things organized. That is possible with other fonts and I do want to experiment more, but it is not a necessity to me. Still, I appreciate your input and advice regardless.

Made some additions to the original post, including a Button Mash banner. I know the circumstances that affected it's usefulness and that might take a while and that is for the old theme anyways. I will be practicing with the new format and I have a new one that I think some will like at least. Look out for that potentially. Also, if anypony wants to throw some theme ideas my way, be it character choice or whatever, feel free to do so if you wish. I like having new inspirations for anything.

Perhaps Zecora? I don't think I've ever seen a banner with her before. Do what you will of course, and I look forward to seeing whatever you make in the future

As a hint, my latest banner, which uses the new format, features Zecora. I also completed a Zecora banner a while back but it matches the theme of my newest one so it will be added to this thread with the more modern one. That will be determined in a week to two weeks more than likely. Also, I appreciate the compliments to those banners. I actually like them myself, which is a 'rarity' at this point.
