searching Romance in the tropics (OOC)

Congratulations!

You've won an all expenses paid trip to the Neighman Islands for yourself and one guest!

Our five-star resort features all the comforts and amenities you could ask for, as well as amazing entertainment of all kinds, from swimming and scuba diving, to roller coasters, to some of the best live performers Equestria has to offer!

So basically, your character receives a letter in the mail containing the above message. This is going to be a romance based RP, as you may have gathered from the title. The idea is that the one guest you choose to take with you can be another character that's already your special somepony*, or it can just be your friend and you can get together with another character once you get there.

Although this is romance based, you are encouraged to interact with characters besides your partner.

Rules:

• Keep it PG-13. If you really want to go any further than that, I suppose you can take it to PMs or something, but keep it out of the role-play thread. Also, try not to swear too much. I don't mind it, but some people do.
• Please use proper spelling and grammar. Seriously, the site has spellcheck. It shouldn't be hard. Granted, I probably won't kick you out for this or anything, but I would appreciate it nonetheless.
• Don't godmod. Just don't. Or else there will be consequences of an as-yet undisclosed but most certainly unpleasant nature.
• I'm co-DMing this with Minath-chan. Respect our authority as DMs.
• Going along with rule number four, I reserve the right to reject a character with or without giving any reason for doing so. Trust me, I have my reasons for this, and I don't mean any offense by it.
• Fillyfooling and coltcuddling is allowed, but please establish that your character is homosexual beforehand, so that I can keep the numbers balanced accordingly.

Don't be surprised if I add more rules later.

*If you do this, your special somepony has to be controlled by another player as agreed upon between the two of you beforehand. Romance with yourself is just awkward.

First of all, one does not simply say "I'm in" and join one of my roleplays. I'll tell you if you're in or not. Frankly, I'm not too wild about your character, although I suppose I can't fairly judge him because the link in your second post doesn't work, and thus I have yet to see his character page.

 

Can I join this? I don't really know how to join, but I assume I just have to ask

I appreciate your humble attitude. It is sadly uncommon on the internet. Your character is pretty depressing, but that's hardly an excuse not to accept him. I'll add you as soon as I get around to editing the OP.

Hello, there. I'd like to throw myself in, assuming of course, that you'll allow mutants. :3 And assuming you'll accept lil ol' me as well.

I'll use Teek (and yes, her name is intentionally spelled in that manner, I did not fail at writing "teak".)

If you need more characters I'd be happy to use more later on, or bring in another character that she's visiting with. All with your permssion, of course, your Majesty. :-) <3

Yep, you're in. Of course you knew that already. Anyway, the fact that Teek swings both ways only really matters if someone else has a character who does as well, which isn't the case so far.

 

Now we just need another stallion and we can start. I'll wait maybe half an hour before I get bored and add my own just to get things moving.

Like I said, I can bring another in if you're already using two (which I thought you were). I really need to remember to start using Greenery anyways (I'd probably use him, all my other stallions are messed up. XD)
