I need some help finding a episode

I can't remember mutch from the episode but they get on a train and applejack tells a night story to a apple-tree. If you know what the episode name or number is, I would be werry happy to know

I believe the episode is called "Over The Barrel". It's episode 21 from season 1. You can find it here.

 

But more importantly, it's when we find out that Fluttershy would like to be a tree!

Yup yup.  I agree with @Hansel on this one.  In fact, as soon as I saw train I thought of this episode.  Applejack telling a story solidified that feeling.  There was also 'MMMystery On The Friendship Express' but that wasn't the one where Applejack tells a story.
