I'd go with Violet Sky or Summer Orchid.  It looks like Violet Sky is more popular.  As for the cutie mark, I think a flower would do nicely.  Not a rose though, that's already been taken by Primrose.

 

If you go with Violet Sky you could use a violet.  If you go with Summer Orchid you could use a red/orange orchid.
