I have always thought that the banner salespony from Pinkie Pride had a bizzarly good design.

Twilight sparkle is my favorite for character design. Great hair, perfect colors that do not clash or make her look too young girly like cadence. My next choice would be luna for all the extra design that goes into her character. Especially the clothes and the mane.

Out of those 3 elements you used as examples, it's easy to say Twilight Sparkle. Twilight has a beautiful mix of colors, she's an Alicorn; with the magic of a unicorn and flight of a pegasi, and how can you not love somepony that's that adorkable? Haha
