Frost was puzzled at their plan. "Yeah that sounds great, but what are we going to do about the Nightmare forces that are between us and Twilight, not to mention the miles of land we have to cover before she takes over all of equestria." he said to the group.

"You know what Fluttershy, You may have something there. Rarity, if you could use that memory spell that Twilight used on us...er me when Discord was around, we may have a chance." Rainbow trotted over to Fluttershy and gave her a tap on the back. "Great thinking. Now just don't go being a scaridy pony and this might work."

 

Skycoaster listened to the speech, however was distracted by the Mint green colored mare. He could not help but stare, but was trying to keep as though he wasn't staring at her. His wings shot up, hoping nopony had noticed.

Fluttershy was slightly encouraged that her plan was being supported however due to certain circumstances as Rarity and Frost pointed out. It wouldn't be a simple task.

 

"I'm not a scaridy pony!" Fluttershy said weakly to Skycoaster, hoping to erase any doubts about her bravery from the group. Fluttershy noticed his wings shot up while looking at another mare and she made a light chuckle at the sight.

"I Never said that you were, but I'll take your word or it" Skycoaster said as he looked to Fluttershy. By this time, he had realized that his wings were up and was trying to think of anything that would allow them to go down, but Fluttershy was also not helping his situation.

 

"Um, I need to be excused for a moment," He said to the group as he ran off to try and think about anything but the mares. "What's wrong with you," He said to himself. "The fate of Equestria is in our hooves, and all you can think about is mares. Get with the program here!"

After a few moments, he returned to the group, calm and collected. "Um...Sorry about that..."

 

Rainbow Dash flew back over to Fluttershy. "Sorry about the Scaridy Pony comment, but we need you to be brave, for Twilight's sake."

Already flipping through pages of magic books, then closing one, Rarity said, "I think I could work something out. But I'm not too good at magic, you know."

 

Minty looked questioningly at the stallion that just approached the group. What was he doing? She DID feel a pair of eyes on her.. Did she do something bad? She sure hoped not. She didn't want to bother the stallion, so she began to try to think of a plan to stop Twilight by trotting up to a tree and sitting on a branch alone.

Snow pulled out a map of Equestria and laid it out for his group to see, waiting until Skycoaster returned before starting. "Well the unfortunate news is that since the princesses deployed most of their guard to the front lines along with ponies that have volunteered help is limited. Snow pointed to different cities on the map as a black shadow moved on the map. "The other bad thing is that the Nightmare forces are unlike anything anyponies faced. Luckily we're managing to hold the font lines in key areas right now but that could change any moment. The princesses want us to head to Cloudsdale first, there's been no contact from them in days, and Luna says that it's vital in order for us to reach the moon and Twilight since neither of them has the magic to help. Once we secure Cloudsdale we'll need to make our way through Equestria to Los Pegasus on hoof since the trains are out." Frost knew the odds were severely stacked against them, Twilight had deployed her army to the east but something had been gnawing at Snow. Why deploy so few of your army to one side of Equestria and not cover the whole map.

 

AJ looked over at Rainbow and sighed, "I know how ya'll feel Dash. I'm in the same boat with Applebloom, she might not be able to walk on that leg of hers so what's that mean for her life on the farm? Besides you did leave Scootaloo with Ceerilee so she'd be safe didn't you?" AJ heard Rarity's statement and was a little relieved that somepony could possibly do this without hurting Twilight. "I'm more worried about Spike ya'll. Poor little guy was on Twi's back when it happened, I heard from Shining that he's still in a coma and they're still unsure if he'll pull out of it." AJ stomped her hoof into the ground, just thinking about it made her boil to no end.

Redstorm looked back to observe the group members who were behind them.

A mint-colored pony who joined them quite a while ago was now sitting on a branch.

She seemed to have fall into a deep thought. Redstorm turned around and walked to the mare.

"Hello? Don't mean to disdurb you but... we should get moving if we want to get somewhere..." He said, pointing to the rest of the group, who had walked onwards.

"My question is that I want to know if Nightmares Target anyone showing Anger, Sadness and Envy. How we can prevent that form happing and is there another way to keep them off of us just incase if we get too Angry?" Fireblaze saying as he was looking at them and want to know how they can protect there selfs form these Nightmares.

I just hope by the time he awakes, Twilight is back to normal. For both their sakes. I don't think ether of them could take seeing each other like this."

"No...you not bothering me. Why would you say that...oh, about that...sorry, I had some things on my mind." Skycoaster was beginning to turn red. He had hoped that she had not gotten the wrong impression. "I....I didn't mean to stare earlier, it's just that your coat, its such a unique shade of green. It complements your lovely eyes..." Skycoaster's jaw dropped. Did he just say what he thought he said. He just sat there, looking forward, his face turning a brighter shade of red.

Minty blushed at this stallion's nervousness. "I'm.. uh, thank you." Minty said. "I don't know what to say.." Minty smiled. "Nopony really said that to me before.."

"Your welcome." he said as his heart began to race. "I can't believe nopony ever said that to you before." He was turning even more red and he could not feel his wings. He could only hope that they were still down in there normal position. He did not want to make an even bigger fool out of himself in front of the group. "Um.....hold on a second, I.I have to ask Snow a few questions about the plan."

 

"Um, Excuse me, but what would the nightmare forces want with Cloudsdale? Do we think it was conqured or think that they have plans for controlling the weather to aid them?"

 

 

 

"My question is that I want to know if Nightmares Target anyone showing Anger, Sadness and Envy. Skycoaster sat there a moment, thinking about what Fireblaze said. "Um, I actualy have no idea." Skycoaster looked over to Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash and looked back. "If they are attracted to anger, we may have a slight situation on our hooves here unless someponies can forgive their friend or we may be a magnet for those nightmares."

Rainbow could tell that Skycoaster's comments were directed at her. "Hey AJ, Rairty," she whispered. "Can you believe the nerve of this guy. Saying We're the reason that the group is in danger. If they feel that way, maybe we should just send Pinkie and Fluttershy with them and stay here. If Twilight wants the moon so bad, let her have it."

He backed away from the front of the group back into the group of ponies, hoping that he had not just volunteered to be the groups scout in Cloudsdale. He slowly backed away from the front of the group back to the spot he had been sitting next to the green mare.

 

"I...I'm sorry, but I don't think I caught your name earlier," he said nervously. I..I'm Skycoaster."

Skycoaster stood there, turning more red than before. His wings were now straight up in the air. "Um..Nice weather we're having?" He said as he looked at Minty. "I.....I'm glad to have somepony like you on this expedition," he said with a tumble in his voice. "I..I'm from Cloudsdale. I'm a weather engineer. W...were are you f.from?"

@@Frosty V @Everyone else (sorry for not posting in a while been busy but back now and free time so that means posting time. I'm re-opening the slot for Pinkie Pie so that we can get a person to play her.)

 

Snow looked around and was genuinely concerned about his team that was formed. It was a mix of ponies that were pulled into the war by sheer chance along with himself. But he knew that he had to be tough and show that they had some kind of chance to win. "Ok everypony get ready and check you're saddlebags cause we're going to be leaving here soon. We're still missing one from our group so we need to figure something out before we go."

 

AppleJack trotted around in circles, she didn't know what to do. Nopony had seen Pinkie Pie yet and a gathering like this was certain to draw her in to making new friends. "Hey have any of ya'll seen Pinkie Pie I'm getting kinda worried about her. She should'a been here by now."
