"Oh, um...um..that." he paused for a second. "I've never said this to anypony before, but....here it goes," Gulp "You are the prettiest pony in all of Equestria, and I was wondering if, when this is all over, if you would maybe go on a date with me? He said nervously fast.

Snow heard Rarity call for him and excused himself from the group for a moment. "Um.....what can I do for you Rarity? If it's about Twilight we'll be leaving here shortly to start towards Cloudsdale." Snow was being very cautious with Rarity. The way she batted her eyelashes at him made him worry. Granted she was quite the beautiful pony but this was a mission after all he needed to stay focused. He knew that whe was very flirtatious when she wanted to be and quite the drama queen.

Skycoaster was so excited that he started to hover. "Thank you Miss Minty," as he began to do a flip from his excitement. It was as if a huge cloud lifted off of him. He than landed next to the mint colored mare. "You may not believe this, but you are the first mare I've ever worked up the courage to ask out, and I'm glad I picked the most beautiful pony in Equestria to talk to today," as he was turning red again. "Oh, crap, that's right we came here for a mission. We better check our supplies."

"I'm hoping she stopped off a Pony Joe's to fill up with her...snacks."

Rarity whispered to Rainbow Dash, "Well, I can't walk on clouds.. I'm not a Pegasus. I can't cast the spell Twilight casted, either. Ever thought of that?" Rarity turned back to Snow with a nervous smile, then regained her cool.

Rarity smiled. "I might be one of the only unicorns here; I'll need company on the ground. Care to join me?" Rarity flirted to Snow.

Minty blushed yet again, then snapped out of it. "I completely forgotten! Oh, I better head up to Cloudsdale. I'll wait for the others up there." Minty flew up to Cloudsdale.

Snow watched as Minty flew up towards Cloudsdale she was going to need someone to cover her so that nothing happened. Snow looked around and noticed Skycoaster. "Skycoaster I want you to you to go with Minty and provide support. We don't know what we'll find up in Cloudsdale right now. For all we know Cloudsdale has already fallen to Twilight." Snow looked back at Rarity, before calling back to both groups that they were departing. Snow told everypony to stay in pairs so that somepony is watching out for the other. "I guess I can be your team mate. As we go we'll split slightly once we get to Cloudsdale, Celestia has provided me with a scroll that will allow unicorns and earth ponies to walk on clouds." Snow was quite chalous to Rarity's question, but that's who he was and he couldn't change that.

"Yes sir," Skycoaster said with a large smirk on his face. He than took off after the mint colored mare. "Wait up Minty!" Skycoaster said flying as fast as he could to catch up with her.

 

"So I may have a plan. I have the keys to every door in the weather factory, not to mention maps of Equestria's entire weather distribution system in my office. They may be useful, but Snow said your in charge of the team, I'm just here to watch your flank, and what a lovely flank it is." Skycoaster turned red as soon as those words left his mouth. He was getting comfortable around the mare, but may have been too comfortable for his own good. "Um...so to the mission." Trying to change the subject, and fast hoping that she didn't hear that last part.

Snow floated just off the ground as he started towards the underside of Cloudsdale followed along with the rest of the remaining mane 6. "So we're supposed to just go to Cloudsdale without even knowing what's up there and get something that's supposed to help us. Your plan has more holes in it than ma hat does." Snow looked back and glared at her before flying further on ahead of the group. "Rarity I'm gonna scout on ahead make sure everything's safe. Stay with the group and keep her mouth shut for me." AJ just huffed, she didn't want anything to do with this pegasus with an attitude. AJ slowed down keeping up with the others, "Hey you guys are you sure we can trust this Snow character?"

Then Pinky Pie pop up next to Rainbow dash, Fireblaze  as she smiles, then bouncing along the way and then looking at her friend. "Hello Rainbow Dash and Who we waiting for?"

"We were waiting for you Pinky Pie so we can go and rescue Twilight." Blaze saying then he was shock seeing Pie next to them too. "Were did you came form?"

"Silly Fireblaze I always brake the fourth wall and Twilight in trouble? I know she didn't do this since the nightmare controlling her. But we have to help her anyway and make sure those Nasty Nightmare do make her do crazy things." Pinky Pie saying.

AppleJack glared at Rarity, "Ya'll don't get it do you?" AppleJack looked around to her friends and Skycoaster. "None of us know Snow, plus he's taking us right to Twilight which could also be a trap and Snow's just one of her changeling minions. And you're to blind to see it because you're too busy flirting with him Rarity." Snow had been flying overhead when he heard AJ's reply to Rarity. Scowling Snow flew over to his team and next to Tempest "Hey Tempest I'm going to need somepony to be out second in command, are you up for it?" Snow was weary of anypony around him but right now his main concern was keeping an eye on AppleJack. She wasn't known for causing trouble like this but in this situation everypony was on edge.

Rarity rolled her eyes. "Rainbow Dash, I'm not THAT needy. I'm supposed to stay down here." At hearing Applejack's response, Rarity stood up. "First of all, Applejack, how do you think Snow was assigned as leader to protect Equestria? It's a huge job, probably assigned even by Princess Celestia, for Luna's sake! And since when were changelings able to talk? Even if they could talk, changelings are ruled by Chrysalis, not Twilight. Snow is the leader right now, we have a variety of good fighters here if he IS a changeling. We have no choice but to trust him on this one," Rarity explained to Applejack.

 

Meanwhile, as Skycoaster left Minty, Minty was alone. She kept flying through the facility until she saw a room, illuminated by a red light. Minty, being her curious self, hopped in. Moments later, there was a scream echoing throughout the weather factory.

Skycoaster searched his office till he found his weather current maps in a hidden safe in the floor. "A ha, safe and sound. But I can't risk these falling into the wrong hooves," as he destroyed the maps. "OK Minty, I feel better about this whole...Minty....Minty!" Just than he heard a loud scream coming from the cloud production room. "I'm coming Minty!" he yelled as he flew as fast as he could to get to her.

"Unhoof her this instant!," Skycoaster yelled. He normaly wasn't a brave pony when it came to these situations, howver he was running off of anger towards anypony that would hurt his new found love. He looked to make sure that Minty was OK. "Are you OK," He said looking over at the mint mare. "If you even think about hurting her, I'll make you regret it!" Skycoaster's blood was beginning to boil with anger. He had never been so angry in his life. He was beginning to shake. He only hoped that he could use that emotion to help Minty.

AppleJack just huffed at Rarity's comment and started off in a different direction than the rest of the group. AppleJack couldn't stand Snow's attitude and gritty nature he didn't seem to have any feelings for what anypony cared about. Snow flew on farther than he knew he should've but with AJ acting the way that she was he didn't want to be around her at all. "Stupid AppleJack, she doesn't get that I'm doing the best that I can given the circumstances. But I should thank Rarity, she's been backing me up even though I was cold to her earlier." Snow stopped, looking around he took a moment to relax. It was then that he felt himself get hit with a blast of magic knocking him to the ground hard. Snow didn't know what happened, all he knew was the wind had been knocked out of him and his vision was blurry. He reached for the small orb that was in his saddlebag that Luna had given him, but he felt a hoof step on his leg. Looking up he saw a black figure with holes in it's legs before blacking out.

Chrysalis glared at the pony she had knocked unconscious and simply laughed. "Well, well, well. What do we have here? It seems like somepony wandered a little to FAR FROM THE HERD." She said. The changeling then enveloped Snow in flame, and teleported the both of them to her hideout. She then had the remaining loyal changelings were left bind him to a nearby wall.
