Here's something different. It's the famous Discord remixed by The Living Tombstone put to a piano quartet. This one didn't take that long but it came out really great.

Well I love! its a nice take on the song. Doesn't need words or anything just that sweet piano going to town on that song. I for one am going to add it to my favorites on youtube. Truth be told I really cant find anything wrong with it.

Man, every version of this song I hear is good! I love the instruments you used for this! And while I'm not an expert in music, I think you synced the instruments well! I enjoyed the overall feel to the song. Very good job.

I think its mediocre, even for something that is obviously made in notation softtware. I can't help the feeling that there are wrong notes in there, a lot of wrong notes. The instruments clash and make it hard to hear each one individually so using dynamics to make them louder or softer would be useful. In terms of arrangement the piano part of the ensemble was rather useless. It pretty much played the of role of fancy color and gives harmony, but your other instruments covered the harmony already so it was just fluffy color. At the end of the piece I was tired of the strings having the melody, why not give it to the piano. There is so much you can do to make this shine out better like:

Exchange the melody and other roles with the different instruments

Change the range of the melody or other roles so different verses/chorus sound different but convey the same idea (listen to the original song your covering, how does Tombstone do this and when?)

Cut out certain instruments and bring them back again later (ie piano solo, strings only, duets, etc)

Don't be discouraged, writing for chamber ensemble is nothing like writing for movie scores
