I just bought Crypt of the Necrodancer. It's a "Rhythm Roguelike". You go through dungeons, fight monsters, collect items and all the other good stuff, but you have to do it to the beat of the music.

 

 I'm failing so hard it's funny.

I'd bet I'd be pretty sucky at it too, though I'm sure it gets easier with practice!

It does. I got to the second level without dying this time! I'm having lots of fun with it too.

 

 I was interested in it because it's really similar in someways to some of my other favorite games. Namely in random generation and permadeath. Also, the music is by Danny Baranowsky, who composed the music for the original Isaac.
