I stopped going to that thread. I see more bad than good these days and I hate dropping bad ratings. Not because I'm afraid to dislike something someone else likes. It's because I want to spend time there discovering good music, not crap.

 

Oh well.

 

I love long songs like these. 10+ minute songs are the best. I'm sure it's a lot of work to make a 3 minute song. I can't imagine what it's like to go 10+ minutes. And it's more than a short song. Very long songs like the aforementioned Pink Floyd songs and lots of classical music out there (full pieces like Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 - Pastoral) is more of an epic. A journey. You have to devote some time to that song. I love music like that.
