The Taskhost popped up randomly like 3 times, and a bunch of things showed up in the Task manager for a bit. All things like "Windows Installer" and "Dell Data Vault" though...

 

 It's normal again now.

 A few similar things have happened recently, but sometimes it goes days without doing anything like that. And my Avast/Malwarebytes haven't found anything.

Well, this one is not new. Over a year old.

 

 I don't think it's a virus, since it only happens on occasion, has no lasting effects, and only seems to pop-up along with official things like the Windows Installer. So, it's probably some harmless little glitch or something.

A 1 year old laptop is like a car with 100,000 miles on it to me. Definitely not new, but still a lot of life left in it. My laptop is like that car with 270,000 miles on it: on its last limb and it shouldn't be alive but it is lol
