For the moment Terraria, though I keep running into issues. I currently have it running TShock and it is running, though I have no idea how to get it's public ip address or how to properly run it through my modem/router. 

 

Later on once I solve this.... situation I'll probably expand it to do different games.

 

If you're virtualizing on your local machine, isn't the IP the same as everything on your router?

I don't understand what you're asking. You mean the public IP? I've been trying to route a port so that when you connect to my public IP my modem will accept the connection and the router will route it to my private IP of my server. Right?

I'm not familiar with it, but you'd have to research Port Forwarding.

It's useful, however I can't get the server to get a private ip address. Trying to set one just ends up with stuff like this.

Though I don't honestly know how to set a private IP on this command line....

Yes I am, I found it with the Windows CMD. 

 

Though that port forwarding is only 1:1 when I need more like 1:10, which my router has virtual server settings but the router only accepts ip address with the 192.168.2.# range while the server runs off of 192.168.56.1 ?
