Do it! The first movie wasn't perfect, but was entertaining enough. The second and third are great though.

I'd give it a try mostly because of the music and because of Sunset Shimmer the first one though is the worst of the three with RRs being the best one with music and FG having the better story. you can skip the first on if you know the important parts of what happened are.
