Yup, the remnants of the US storm.

 

It doesn't always rain in UK, we had drizzle a couple of days ago and we definitely had some sunshine one day last year, but that was in between thunderstorms

We have almost every weather in germany. Rainy days, hot sunny days and cold snowy days. But the cold snowy days are a little bit rare in the last years.

A t-shirt is definietyl ok when you have a really warm jacket for when you must go out. But shorts in winter is also for me to much.

In the last 3 winter, I had always days where I can go out in a t-shirt because it was often so mild.
