So Cities: Skyline just got released, and based on what I've heard from feedback, it does look like the FIRST GOOD city-building game since the release of SimCity 4 like ten years ago. SimCity 2013 was meh with its limited city-sizing, and the initial online fiasco at launch, and Cities XL, while decent, was hampered by performance issues and other bugs.

 

I'm looking at you EA for ruining the last SimCity and its series, the one that started it all for its own genre, and even closing down their studios Maxis... :okiedokielokie:
