Well Base, I don't get around much, and when I need to get somewhere in the city, I'd walk... so I wouldn't really need a car... but imagine you wanna get somewhere else... I would not want to walk from my City to Dresden to visit my sister

 

And don't get me started on public transport, I have avoided it so far and I do not want to learn how to use it...
