The black one just says 60% cotton 40% polyester and it's supposed to be soft ; and tbh it looks fluffy on the pic xD

White one doesn't say, but just looks like a normal hoody

Agreed, the black one looks a little fuzzy.

The white one looks quite flat with clean lines, the seams seem quite tight and defined, I think that's a "soft shell".
