The one major problem I have with this game is that there is no indicator of what killed you when you die. Since there's so much stuff on the screen at a time, I'll often die and then have literally no idea what it was that killed me.

Though the portals to the next level can also be a tad annoying. They automatically appear when you kill the last enemy. If you're standing nearby they suck you in. But if you haven't gotten all of the loot in the level you lose out on it.
