"I'll take one of those jammers." Light chimed in. "Maybe I can make a few enhancements for me and Blast before we get there." Light strapped it onto the hood of Blast's car. He played around with it to see if he could change anything.

"It actually goes under the car, preferably the front bumper. This way, the gang members won't know what hit them." Thunder Dash said. He then showed Light the beam jammer under the front bumper of his Dodge Charger.  "And it's best to play with it outside, that way no accidents would happen." Thunder Dash added.

Rut-Light was curious as to what Thunder was able to achieve, so a test was in order.  He looked over at the yellow pegasus and started talking, "So Thunder Dash, I must say: you can build some pretty sweet and useful stuff, but how about a challenge?  This gang has some pretty fast cars and they seem arrogant enough that they might end up challenging us to a street race if they wanted to, their fast, but we have to be faster.  I challenge you to build an Advanced Turbo System, you might be thinking 'oh this is a piece of cake', no I have seen how complicated these thing are, for example: say a Lamborghini's top speed is 195 mph and its top BHP is 842, this turbo system if implemented in the car and activated would boost the speed up to 247 mph and the BHP output  by 453.  You up for it?"

 

(I'm not questioning Thunders ability's, I have a plan about that entire first sentence of him speaking.)

"Hmmm..." Thunder Dash thought. "Okay, PLEASE, bear with me on this one, 'cause I'm about to go science!" Thunder Dash said. "Now, in order for that turbo kit to function, there will have to be an open/close mechanism. There will already be a small turbo that will function to not only keep the catalytic converter cool, but at the same time, add some power and efficiency. There will be a larger turbo kit that the driver will able to open and close to speed up the flow of air through the catalytic converter thus doubling, or maybe even tripling the speed of air flow through the catalytic converter. The small turbo kit would add about 50hp while the larger kit would add up to 150hp plus the 50hp from the smaller kit. The driver can regulate air flow of the turbo or not run the turbo at all depending on the situation by simply turning a dial on the console of the car." Thunder Dash explained as he drew a sketch on blueprint paper.

Azura just stood by all the time, listening to what they had to say. She didn't really feel like adding any fancy gadgets on her car either because it's not 'just another car' and it's not all that customizable.

Meanwhile, Nitro Spark was refilling his nitrous bottles. He was also thinking about what will happen in the second encounter with the gang. He thought about if Grindspark will ever be redeemed and swallow his pride, or continue his evil gang ways.

Rut-Light nodded his head as the pegasus accepted the challenge, he had a plan, one that might turn the tide of this war.  He walked away and headed over to see Nitro Spark; he had the answers that Rut-Light needed.  "Hey Nitro, that gang leader you were talking about who was he?  Did you know the guy personally and if so do you know any reason as to why he would want this city for himself?"

"Well, he was my rival. Met him in my very first race. It happened just as I quit my job of being a delivery pony, which is where I got these metal platings on my wings from. Anyway, he was spewing trash that I was a loser and he was gonna win. I remained silent. I got ahead of him, but then he tries to cheat to prove that he's better than me. He fails and in the end, I win. He's had that grudge on me ever since. He just wants to prove that he's better than me, but you know what I think? He's the biggest coward I've ever met." Nitro Spark proclaimed.

"You know before I was fired from the taxi service and joined up with you guys, I figured you guys were just vandals and thugs." he said his tone began t drift as well as his eyes. Aurora Lights was slowly growling through the city,his high powered 5.9 Liter V8 twin supercharged,completely made of reinforced aluminum,nitrous conversion system with purge ports,ECU chip level 5,and all they fancy shmancy stuff,he slowly passed the police station and pressed a button that made little flaps in the exhaust go down,so he could be a little quiter as he drove to a designated location,the Garage,he sighed softly as he drank a slurp from his drink and set it back down,he soon reached the garage as he looked at the location on his GPS,he shrugged and revved his engine as he drove in,it didnt sound too powerful at the moment...probably because he didnt have Race mode on,and because he lowerd the flaps in his exhaust,but he stopped and got out,closing his door and walking to his trunk "Darn gangsters..."he sighed and unlocked the trunk with a *beep* and he looked at the large subwoofers but he reached past them to grab a cutting touch,he got it and he closed his trunk,putting the touch in his bag before he nocked on the garage door,his torch was attached to a small tube of gas,so if anypony trie anything fishy,he had atleast a little protection. ((OOC that is ok right? I mean,its just a cutting tool.))

Frost got off the hood if his Audi and sighed, "Well, you guys are going to need something big and strong, lots of stopping and ramming power right?" he said ealking over to a tarp next to his work bench. He pulled up tge tarp to reveal four large, heavy duty tires with black rims, top mount flood lights, and bull bars. "I've already reinforced the doors and glass on my car, so it can take about anything, but as for this stuff.....once its mounted and placed, my car will be the next closest thing to a tank."he chuckled patting his car.

"My stock car is quite rigid," Red Talon chimed in, "It's got a strong engine to beat, too! I'm sure it would also be quite easy to upgrade to be a good, fast, and durable machine. It's already a very heavy car to begin with."

With the spike strips I've got, I could just pull up in front, make them think I've given up and release the deadly spikes that'll shred the tires of my victim." Aurora blinked and nodded "hey Nitro Spark."he says and looks back at his Cobra "yeah...listen...uhh...I...kinda need a place to stay..."he says in a quiet voice,looking at his hooves "...mom tried to hurt me again...so I ran away...I'm never going back...ever."he says ith a seething anger in his tone and eyes,his muscles bunched and his teeth grit before he shook his head "...so...can I stay here? I rpomise I'm useful...I can tune that Charger a little."he says,pointing to the Dodge Charger " or uhh...you know...get parts...something..."he says and looks away "I also have to show you guys something."he says and walks over to his Cobra and turns it back on,the engine making a loud roar as it wakes,he then flips a switch,the body lowering about an inch and bullbars (like on a police SUV) pop out from under the bumper and latch themselves on the bumper and lights,the rear bumper having guards on it as well,he blinked as the flaps in his exhaust opened and his engine now sounded 10X more powerful and loud "I kinda needed some advice..."he says and gets back out,leaving the car running.

"Hey, there's plenty of room in the garage. There are rooms back there with comfortable beds for you to sleep." Nitro Spark said pointing to a hallway. "Loudness is not always a good thing." Thunder Dash said going to his car and starting it. "If we're doing a sneak in and they hear that loud engine, the gang will become suspicious and know that somepony is there to wreak some havoc " Thunder Dash said.

Blast chimed in. "What if we were to attach some sort of silencer to the engines? Something to make them roar more quietly?"Blast asked. "I mean, you and Light are science guys. Wouldn't there be some way for you guys to make something around those lines?" He continued.

"Well, see, the problem with silencers, is that you'll lose power. That means we would have to switch out our spark plugs for ones that act as silencers, which would drastically lower the power we get. That would certainly not help in pursuits, as we'll be left behind." Thunder Dash explained. "But there is another alternative that requires a bunch of work to be done." Thunder Dash added.

Aurora blinked and switched another flip,then his exhaust flaps lowered and it dampened his sound greatly "...Exhaust flaps...they work on the Aston Martin V8 Vantage...and many other cars,such as mine,but,with these flaps comes something else...it dosent lower HP,it keeps it quiet enough at low revs to sneak,and it uses a little less fuel than silencers."he says and taps his car's hood. "but the problem I' having isss...well...my manifold is messed up due to a run in with the coppers..."he says and shrugs "I could use some new headers,you know,some that are more reliable,or something of the sort. I-I can install them I just....need them..."he says,rubbing the back of his head nervously,he wasent much to be part of a pack...this is actually his first group,he looks at the hallway and nods "thank you Nitro...I highly appreciate it."he says and looks at his car.

Frost rolled out from under his Audi which he was applying the 4 inch lift kit to in order to add his new tires. "Who knows? Being loud could work to our advantage. I could use my "tank" here and cause a rather large distraction, so you guys could get in, get Grind Spark, and when you come back out, all the gang members will be focused on me, they'd all be sittin ducks." he chuckled. "Just a thought, don't have to consider it." he said rolling back under the car.

Aurora blinked and stared at the Audi "...woah...dude...sweetest car...ever..."he says and slowly walks over to it "c-can..I touch it?"he asks Frost as he stares at the hood of the Audi,his car shuts off automatically,and he waves it off "don't worry...not a ghost...just a feature I put in it myself....shuts off after a couple minutes."he says,still staring at the Audi.

Frost rolled out from under the Audi and lifted up his welders mask. "Be my guest, you can cuddle with the dang thing and I won't mind." he chuckled as he stood up and shook the pony's hoof. "Frost by the way, you friendly neighborhood juggernaut car builder." he said with a smile as he looked over Aurora's shoulder at his Cobra. "No....way." he said his jaw dropping almost to the floor as he walked over to admire the car. "Ahhh oh how I've longed to see you so close!" he almost squeaked with excitement

Aurora blinked and smiled "Aurora. And yeah,thats my baby...over 900 horsepower on that little pony...I tuned her myself,put purge ports,level 5 ECU chip,twin superchargers,the engine was replaces with an all aluminum one,the hood,doors,and bumpers are reinforced,I can drop tire stars,which are these little peices of metal that pop tires,back wheels are thicker,and I was planning on taking the exhaust and putting them out to the side,beside the door you know?"he says and then turns to the Audi,admiring it as he softly touches it and he squeeks with glee,he then prosceeds to cuddle it and sigh happily.

Meanwhile Thunder Dash went back to talk to the gang member they had caught. He said he had lived a pretty normal life before all of this stuff happened.

Aurora stopped cuddling the Audi and slowly walked over,looking to Nitro as he thought of some new things he could do to make his ride stronger,more powerful,and like a battering ram. "yes?"he asked and sat on his haunches as he heard his plasma cutter jingle in his saddle bag.
