Well, the lines are pretty good, and the shading and lighting are amazing; particularly in the mane and eyes, but you need to work on your proportions a bit. The body is too much of an oval, and the neck is too long. Also, you shaped the head weird, so to improve on this; I suggest studying the ponies a bit more, and maybe look at some tutorials. Once you get the proportions down, you should be an amazing artist as your shading and lighting is amazing.

Thank you for the tips I'm glad you like my shading, the body really wasn't much of a focus I wasn't going to add it in but thought otherwise. I can see how the neck is a little too long maybe the last section of mane near the body wasn't needed, but thought the head looked okay. Don't get me wrong I'm not dismissing your claim about the head being misshaped of course I'll take it into account when planning/doing my next drawing as I'm always looking to better myself so I appreciate your comments.

Ah excellent description I love it it fits very well with the look of this drawing, wherever our honorable hero ventures success is not far behind her

Its very well done, I will admit its better then anything I could do. The only criticism I could give is that the eye on the right seems too large, but other then that, its very nice work

Thank you I'm glad you like it,  yeah I did have a bit of trouble with the right eye the shading is where I want it to be but the shape was being a little troublesome a little more outlining might of helped. But again thanks I'm giving it my best with my drawings.
