Eh, Pigeons are also Doves.

Doves and Pigeons are both different species of the same type of bird. So you could say Doves are a different type of Pigeon, and that Pigeons are a different kind of Dove.

Basically that anomalous bird is both until proven otherwise.

Actually, Wikipedia says that 'dove' generally means a white pigeon, and that the two terms are "in no way consistently applied", even within the ornithological community. The two terms don't even apply to specific separate species.

Therefore, I'm calling veto on this - 'cause it's my avatar, Mirage come at me bro, and your namby-pamby pony princess too - and saying it's a pigeon, because 'pigeon' is the more general term for that class of bird.

Brohoofs for you, Fluffy, 'cause you're mai new science buddy.

Fair enough.

Although I'm more history than science, I can hold scientific discussion. So, hai new science buddy.

AH NO

If you're gonna be mai new science buddy, you must know that water isn't wet.

Things coated with water are wet.

Water merely causes things to be wet.

But some of that water is coated in water :3

Also I said antidry but I didn't state what I was referring to; I was referencing the antidrying properties of water.

But water can't be 'coated' in water, because the word 'coat' is used exclusively to refer to a solid/gooey material being covered in a gooey/liquid substance, not a liquid being covered in a liquid.

But this thread is devoted entirely to directly describing avatars, so implying that you weren't referring directly to water means that YOU LOSE GAME BCOZ BREAK RULES

But I edited my post within a matter of seconds, so you either have ridiculously OP reflexes or so little life that you monitor your pony forum account so closely that you can respond to a post near-instantly.

Y'know, like the rest of us.

It's the reflexes, although it's counteracted by my incredibly slow typing speed.
