Equestria has been plunged into a new ice age, due to the rapid decline of climate. Almost all of the plants and animals have died, and those that have survived are scarce. New animals have risen on a evolutionary level, however. Creatures adapted to live in the frozen tundra prey on the weak, and injured. A few survivors have turned to pillaging the remnants of civilization. A few cities have survived, however.You can do one of two things. You can either fight for your survival, or die in a cold embrace.

Also I would recommend expanding information on the roleplay. Why is there an ice age, how did it happen, where are the royal sisters, the six bearers of the EoH? Perhaps a few cities survived, maybe there new threats such as raiders and icy monsters.

The princesses and elements of harmony shall not be included. I have added everything else, though.

Now another question is what time does this take place, is this after the events of 3rd season? Would any pony remember or have records of what Equestia used to be like? What of the griffin kingdoms, the zebra lands, and dragons. Is this Ice Age only taking place in Equestia or has it spread across the lands roundabout?

 

I'm willing to add a character, which one though I'm not sure yet.

It doesn't matter when it took place. As for the other species, I will allow them as OC's, aside from the dragons for obvious reasons. I may use the idea of the ice spreading in the RP, as well.

Actually for some of my characters it does matter when this takes place. One because he has knowledge of Equestia's past, another because he's a guardspony defined by the stories his father told of Princess Celestia.

 

I am actually strongly considering Golden Dawn, as he would not only be a warrior fighting to survive but because he's also one that will protect others.

Oh man, this seems like the perfect RP for me to flex out my new OC. I've yet to finish crafting her backstory, but if you don't mind running with her appearance and personality in check, I'll gladly join.

I think I'm going to have to call out, I'll make a couple more posts but some of the things being brought into the roleplay keep on breaking my willing suspension of disbelief.

I apologize, I just have certain pet peeves when it comes to characters.
