searching Adventures in Durian Region (Pokemon RP)

So this is basically an RP where 8 (maybe more) teens all decide to become pokemon trainers at around the same time. They all live in Acai City, and have been raising a pokemon from an egg so they can start their journeys strong (I will be randomly selecting pokemon for all of you, including myself, as starters). You might be friends with one of these aspiring trainers, or maybe you want to be. Maybe you'll end up falling for one of these people... The journey into the Durian Region will begin soon!

 

General Rules for RPing apply, and I would like an even distribution of males to females

 

This is a multitude of genres, including Adventure, SoL, and Romance among others

 

I randomly selected my starter to be...Lillipup!

 

My rules for picking your pokemon are the following:

 

I will randomly generate a number between 1 and 649

 

If that pokemon is not the beginning stage of the evolution line, then you will get that basic stage instead of the evolved for you may have gotten

 

No legendaries (I will re-generate if this is the case)

 

And I will only give you pokemon that can evolve, cause what's the fun in having a pokemon that will never change? (Unless you really want that pokemon of course)

 

Also, I will randomly generate a number between 1 and 8192

If the number that is generated is 743, your pokemon will be shiny!

 

All you need to apply is your character name, their personality, and their appearance. Like so:

 

Name: Locke Green

Personality: A quiet, young fellow, 16 years of age. Although he is a quiet guy, he isn't really too shy but needs a little social push every now and then. He is an honest and loyal friend, and will always stick by your side.

Appearence: Shaggy, medium-length brown hair, navy blue high-collar jacket, black jeans.

Other: Has a severe allergic reaction to the Lava cookies of Hoenn

Personality: A quiet, young fellow, 16 years of age. Although he is a quiet guy, he isn't really too shy but needs a little social push every now and then. He is an honest and loyal friend, and will always stick by your side.

Appearence: Dark purple, slandered horn, dark blue and black hair, Slim, slightly muscular, tall.

Other:Although Game is a loving and caring stallion, he dose have a dark side. He is the kin of King Sombra. Sombra created a young foal that came from the shear love of his dark magic. This is why game is so gifted at magic and why is as tall as Big Mac. However, with this power, when he becomes angry his eyes will glow green, if continues to be angry and has fear overcome him he will transform. His teeth with grow sharp, his main with flow as if he was an Alicorn, he grows wings that look like dragon wings. If he kills anypony in this state, he will transform once again. He will become the size of a dragon, but will walk on two legs, has a ghostly look, and has large claws. His final form ocuers when he has stayed within the last form for 24 hours. He will grown into a giant black dragon with red eyes. The only thing that would bring him back would be to ether to destroy sombra, to to release the dark magic with in him. But there is a chance it could kill him, for the dark magic is conected to his life sorce and removing it could be fatal.

I'm interested but before I make the character I'd like to know what Pokemon would be rolled essentially.

 

I actually have two characters I may use but one would require a dragon (or 'reptilian') starter and for the other a dark, ghost, or psychic starter would be required.

 

If the Pokemon rolled is not any of those types well I will make a trainer on the spot.

Well I guess I need to make a character, that is fine I understand the types I was giving you were rarer types so it is understandable I wouldn't get them.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic nor do I understand which pokemon you're talking about... if you're talking about the budew I can assure you I much rather have another pokemon and I'm actually kind of jealous you got the one you did.

The characters he wanted to use liked specific types and Budew's wasn't one of them so I rerolled for him but he got a cater pie.

Basic outline of character:

 

Oscar Claude is an aspiring painter who decided to become a pokemon trainer so as to better seek inspiration for his art. Has the love and desire to paint anything or anyone he sees as beautiful. He actually has the goal to find and paint the pokemon Meloetta, who he has been told is a beautiful singer and dancer.

 

He was gifted as his starter a young female budew by the name Chloris from his sister Sarah, who told him that if he raised the pokemon well she would grow into a very beautiful Pokemon. Oscar was not so certain but he accepted Chloris as he trusted his sister's judgement. Before he left his sister gave him one last piece of advice, and that was to look for a shiny stone. Why she did not explain but he kept that in mind as he left on his journey.

 

My plan for part of his eventual team:

Roserade, Froslass, Milotic, Gardevoir, Ninetails

So, if you will roll up my Pokemon, I'll develop a trainer to fit it.

 

And, by the way, can you tell me about the size of the region? The diversity of the Pokemon? The known legendaries that are currently in or near the regions? It's location near the other regions? And can you tell me how big it is? I like to know about the place that I start.

 

Or are we starting this like any other Pokemon game and we are going to be greeted into the town with a smile, a Town Map, and a Pokemon?

You're two options are either Snivy or Slakoth.  

I should also mention that my Lillipup's name is Blue.

 

As for the region information, it is a medium sized region, maybe about Sinnoh sized. All pokemon from every generation can be found there, including starters. All eight of us will not necessarily be in the same place at the same time, so give me a heads up when you enter a new area and Locke isn't with you, as I will be stating what pokemon are available there. I will control the attacks of wild pokemon, so don't just battle it and catch it in one post. I'm not so sure if I'm putting legendary pokemon in this, but I will consider. And the Durian Region is fairly isolated from other regions, but it is some what close to Seven Island of Kanto.

So, here's my character:

 

Name: Maxwell Viant

Personality: Maxwell is a twelve-year-old Pokemon nerd, knowing most of the movesets and average statistics for most of his Pokemon, although a somewhat weak Trainer. He loves his Snivy, and will go and attempt to catch any Pokemon that interest him. He tends to be rather scatterbrained, and wishes that he could communicate with his Pokemon sometimes. He likes sticking around other people, and will only travel alone if forced to. Safety in numbers, after all.

Appearence: He is wiry, has a pair of glasses, black hair, green eyes, a pair of khaki cargo pants, and a blue striped t-shirt.

Other: He is an avid collector of Evolutionary Stones, although he's only collected artificial and models of the stones. He would love to get his hands on at least one of every kind...

Hmm, while not normally the type of Roleplay I look for, what can I say...  I freaking love pokemon, and it may be fun.  Would you be willing to roll a couple starters for me, and then I'll design the trainer around that?
